Hadley Keller, Moderator
Hadley is a writer and editor living in New York. She currently serves as Digital Director at House Beautiful, where she oversees digital content and strategy for the brand in addition to working on the print magazine. Before that, she served as the founding editor at Architectural Digest’s AD PRO as well as market editor and design reporter for that magazine. She is a proud maximalist and antiques lover who can never resist a good tag sale. She recently completed her first book, Beachside, out this fall with design publisher Vendome.

Laura Hodges
In 2018, Home & Design featured Laura as one of their ‘Designers to Watch.’ And 2019 brought more accolades when Laura was featured in Traditional Home as a New Trad and in House Beautiful’s Next Wave. Most recently, Laura was named one of the top 20 Designers for 2020 by Sotheby’s Home and she won a Luxe Red Award for best Contemporary/Modern space from Luxe Magazine. Laura is also a brand ambassador for the Sustainable Furnishings Council, working to increase awareness for sustainable interior design. Laura has completed projects in Florida, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey and New York
Janie Molster
Janie Molster believes good design should delight, inspire, and embrace her clients. With a portfolio that ranges from family homes to boutique hotels, urban apartments, restaurants, and retail stores; the Richmond, Virginia designer is equally adept at transforming public and private spaces. Her 25+ years as a design principal and her diverse portfolio of acclaimed projects has established her firm as one of the Southeast’s design leaders. House Beautiful, Traditional Home, Southern Living, Coastal Living, the Washington Post, and the Wall Street Journal have featured her work. “I like to think my rooms inspire Southern graciousness, whatever the region. Even the most sophisticated designs, when handled thoughtfully, should infuse a space with warmth and personality.”
